I know you've all been wondering why we've been so quiet. Well, there's a reason. We had so much news to tell you (like that Blink-182 was touring Australia, that Josie premiered on MTV's 120 Minutes, etc.), but our mailing list was shut off. Due to our huge subscriber list (up to almost 10,000!), our provider couldn't handle the load and so they had to turn us off. We're currently searching for an alternate solutionn to keep the mailing list going, but no promises. We're also working on a full new web site, so please pardon us if we neglect the current site a bit. The new site will be well worth it. Thanks.

Wow, we've been reviewed! MTV Online decided to review our web site so go read the praise. Not much else to report...Blink-182 played a great set at 91X and 105.3's Spring Thing in San Diego and will probably do the same in Hollywood this Friday.

The boys get home tomorrow from their month long stint with the Warped Tour (in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Hawaii). Then they shoot a video for their next single, Josie. Look for that in the coming months on your favorite music video channel. After they're done shooting their video, Blink-182 will be heading off for a month and a half tour with Snocore. Check the Upcoming Shows Page for all the dates and details. Also, if you get MTV, watch Loveline nightly at 11pm and you'll get to see Blink-182 appear as guests very soon. We'll let you know if we get an official date. Lastly, we have put some more clips online and fixed some of the RealAudio problems -- check out the Sound Samples Page to hear what you've been missing all along. And while you're surfing the site, check out the Facts and Faction Page as there's a treat there we added awhile back but forgot to mention. Later.

Should I even say it? Long time, no update. Blink-182 has been busy, busy, busy playing Christmas shows in December and are currently touring Australia, New Zealand, and more with the Warped Tour. They'll be back at the beginning of February...just in time for them to go out on the Sno-Core tour with Primus, the Long Beach Dub Allstars, and the Aquabats. We're still working on getting all the tour dates, but we posted what we have on the upcoming shows page. Come check out this show in your town as it should be a lot of fun. We're currently working on a whole new Blink-182 website for your enjoyment and will be unveiling that in the coming months. Stay tuned...

For those of you that have been living under a rock, Blink-182 will be performing this weekend on MTV for their Sports and Music Festival along with 311, Everclear, Reel Big Fish, Smashmouth, the Crystal Method, the Offspring and Wu-Tang Clan. It airs twice...the first time on Friday, November 7th at 8:00pm and then again on Saturday, November 8th at 12:00pm. Tune in if you can!

October 16, 1997

For some reason, parts of the web page are falling apart! The guest book stopped working some time ago, so we had to see what was going on. We finally diagnosed the problem and the guest book has now been cleared out and is back online. Then people were complaining that the whole page was not working under Netscape 4, so we had to look at that. The problem was really lame, and it was all Netscape's fault! Something worked in the previous version that didn't work with the current version, but you don't want to get me started. But anyway, that's fixed, too. The RealAudio sound clips on the sound samples page are still not working. We're hoping that gets resolved soon. Because of this delay, we're going to try to give you a live net broadcast of an upcoming show with Blink-182 just for our web site visitors. Keep your eyes pealed.

We just got work that the episode of MTV's 120 Minutes with Blink-182 will be airing tomorrow this weekend. For those of you that have MTV, tune in on Sunday night (well, technically Monday) at midnight for two hours of zaniness with your favorite band.

We are aware that the RealAudio files on the sound samples page aren't working -- we're doing our best to find the source of the problem and fix it. In the meantime, check out the WAV files on the sound samples page or even check out the sample from the Dammit video we recently posted on the video clips page!

I know we haven't updated this page or even anything on the web site in awhile, but there hasn't been much to report. Blink-182 has been touring, touring, touring, and their tour dates are now posted on the Upcoming Shows page. Some other exciting stuff has been happening, but we can't divulge that just, yet. Stay tuned...we'll try to keep this page up to date as best we can.

So much to report...this always happens! First off, Blink-182 is now on tour with the Warped Tour '97. If you haven't already gotten your ticket, get yours now -- this show rules! For those that are loyal fans of the web site, please go directly to the pictures page and view those pictures you have been waiting ages for. More will be added as we receive them, so if you have some you want to share, E-Mail the webmaster and let him know. Also for you web-heads, we are going to be taking down the ask Blink-182 page while they are on tour so they won't be swamped with mail when they get back. Sorry! Last, but certainly not least, Blink-182's new video for the song Dammit will premier on MTV's 120 Minutes this Sunday, July 5th. We will hopefully have the video digitized soon on the video clips page, but watch the show this weekend (with MxPx hosting) to get your first chance to see the video. Until another time...

Wow, so much to tell you guys. Blink-182 began and completed the shooting for their new video last weekend. The video was directed by Darren Doane (who did their last video, M&Ms) and was for the song Dammit off the new album. We'll let you know when it will premeir on MTV and will hopefully give you a sneak peak online. On the web front, we've updated the upcoming shows and the frequently asked questions list, so check that out and have fun.
