You must include ATTN: Mail order at the bottom of your envelope or your mail order will not be processed. Please include a note stating where you would like the shirt(s) sent to and an E-Mail address to contact you at in case there are any problems. Indicate the model of the shirt, the size, and an alternate shirt in case the one you want is sold out. Also note the models that are listed as sold out on this page. We are changing the page as certain models sell out. We may be getting more shirts soon, so if you really want a certain shirt we're sold out of, you might want to wait around. Expect your shirt(s) within a week after we receive your order. Prices are as follows:
